DELIVERY

FREE SHIPPING WORLWIDE

Shipping is free and all orders are shipped with FedEx-Worldwide Service.

It takes us a approx a week to create your personal jewel. 

Shipping typically takes 7-10 working days after the jewel is ready. 

 

The shipment is door to door by Fedex-Worldwide Service thus no P.O.B is acceptable.

A signature may be required on receipt.

Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

If you need to send it to a different address, please make sure you add that address to your Paypal account first before making your payment. Or if paying with a Credit Card pay attention if billing adress differs from delivery adress.

Please make sure the address you have provided is up to date as that is the address we will mail your package to.

If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package.

 

Important : we will not ship your package again, if you weren’t able to collect it. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address if this has not been updated on your end.

SALES    TAXES

According to the delivery Country there may be local taxes and duties for your order.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are responsibility of the recipient.

 

We are not responsible for these charges in any way, nor do we receive any of this money. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. For the Countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated beforehand, you will be asked to pay them at delivey to the courier.

 

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

At Suoni, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible. 

Requirements:

24 hours- please e-mail us within 24 hours from pacage reception.

3 Days    -please return your product within 3 days of having received it.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping

Jewelry must be in original/unworn condition

Include the Packing Invoice - You must include the packing Invoice as part of your return. Otherwise we will be unable to associate the return to you, and will be unable to refund your purchase.

Original Packaging and Condition - Any purchased product(s) must be returned in all of the original packaging, and in the original condition. A return can be rejected due to damage to the product or package.

Return Shipping -  return shipping using Air Freight Only

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during shipment.

We will receive and review the products you’ve returned. If you’ve met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days for this process.
